1. Can I get fabric samples?
Yes! We offer free A4-sized samples for in-stock fabrics. You only need to cover the shipping cost. For custom samples, a sample fee may apply depending on the requirements.
A4 samples are usually ready within 1ā2 days. Meter samples typically take 2ā5 days.
* Ready stock: 10ā100 meters per color
* Custom order: 500-1000 meters per color

4. Do you support OEM/ODM service?
Yes! We support OEM customization based on your designs, and we also provide ODM products developed by our design team.
* In-stock orders: within 3ā7 working days
* Custom orders: within 15ā25 days, depending on order quantity
Delivery time may be slightly extended during holidays.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal, L/C at sight, and more.
* Sample orders: full payment required
* Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance against the BL copy (negotiable)
7. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the package weight, destination, and shipping method. Express couriers like DHL/FedEx are commonly used for samples.
We mainly export to North America, South Korea, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
We use German-imported machinery and perform strict quality control throughout production. 100% inspection before shipment. Third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, ITS) are welcome.
